I just can’t find the words
Even as I write them on the page
Don’t say it’s because my youth
I’m wiser than my age
Hiding from the truth
Though it’s written in my eyes
All I need right now
Is love’s alibi

It’s a crime I’ve not committed
Only thought it in my brain
I’m legally in love, yet technically insane
It might be worth doing time
To get you off my mind
